Return Policy

Online Return Policy- 

Products and merchandise must be in store bought condition to be returned or exchanged. All returned items must be unused and in new condition. Clothing must be unwashed and unworn. Bedding must be unopened and unused. Special order, custom made, opened consumable items (including batteries) or unsanitary items are not eligible for return. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed. Not all products are eligible for return. Certain product will require the manufactures assistance for repair or replacement, in those cases we will provide you with the manufactures warranty and contact information. It is up to the consumer to contact the manufacture.

Returns must be received within 30 days of the customer receipt date and they must include a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Call 844-565-7138 or email accessories@lazydays.com to receive your authorization. The return package must be clearly marked with your RMA number. Returns will not be processed without an RMA number. Online returns cannot be accepted in local stores.

Exchanges are for exact product purchased, if available.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post.

 

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

You must contact Lazydays Accessories & More Customer Service within 5 business days of receipt of a damaged, incorrect, or defective product.

Defective items are not guaranteed to be exchanged or credited unless the product is found to be defective once received. If defective a full refund will be issued and it will include reimbursement for shipping charges. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.

Items that are shipped incorrect or order that are missing items, we will arrange for correct or missing items to be shipped immediately.

If you receive damaged items, please notify us immediately. We do not accept damaged items that have occurred from customer use or installation.

Online Refund Policy –

The item must be returned with shipping pre-paid and include a completed Return Form which is located on the back of your packing slip. Any returns missing these required items cannot be processed for reimbursement. Please allow a minimum of 7-10 days for refunds to be processed. Once the return is received, eligible refunds will be issued for the purchase price and in the original method of payment.  Shipping cost will be reimbursed only if product was shipped damaged, defective, or incorrect.

In Store Refund Policy –

Eligible refunds will be issued for the purchase price and in the original method of payment. If you paid for the item with a check, we will refund you with a check within 10 business days.
